As an executive chef with 25+ years of experience in the culinary industry, I’ve got you covered on food pairings, recipe development and how to cook. Stacking with certifications in nutritional therapy, flex dieting, blood chemistry analysis, HRV, and as a master trainer (strength coach, personal training, sports nutrition). We will embark on your journey toward better health & wellness.
